We use Pterodactyl, as we're primarily a Minecraft-focused server hosting company. Our panel is named Catalyst, after the predecessors of the Soular Group, Neverval named their control panel Neverval Catalyst.
You're not able to make your own server, please speak to our Discord support team if you need to create a new server. Please note as resources are limited, you may not be able to make a new server for the time being.
If we're able to, we can upgrade your server, or you can look at getting one of our dedicated machines if you would like your own machine with all your servers on it.
During this trial period, we will provide you with free servers, if you continue to give us feedback about our products and services. After the full service launches in 2027, you will be able to get discounted servers on actual hardware.
Soular HomeLabs just shows that the product is run out of our own internal homelab.
We provide you with 3 MySQL databases, if you need any more then this, please let us know and we can allow you to make more.
We're able to offer our UK customers dedicated machines for the price that we buy them. These servers will be installed with Pterodactyl so you're able to manage these servers through our intuitive Catalyst panel.
Dedicated server orders will be on a case-by-case basis, you will need to provide us with at least one months notice before cancelling.
