As Soular HomeLabs is quite literally ran out of a homelab, we're not able to provide you with enterprise-grade systems until our full launch.
We do not provide any forms of backup systems for customers that do not pay for our service - we provide 3 backups on your Catalyst control panel, but these are stored on the same machine as your server.
There may be times where we have to safely power down your server, for example hardware configuration or a server update. We will always let you know in advance before we do this, by sending you a message on Discord and sending an announcement on your Minecraft server.
However, there may also be times where your server can also shut down or become accessible without notice. These reasons could be, but are not limited to:
power cut
fire
system crashes
We recommend you add a schedule to your server to run the save-all command so that if there is any issues, you will not face as much of a roll back.
